WVCW Radio – The Voice of VCU

Things are going full-swing here at WVCW – here’s a few things we’re cookin’ up:

1. WVCW Bracketology: April Awesomeness Brackets – This is your chance to win some sweet prizes, including concert tickets, lunch or dinner for two, and a $50 shopping spree – all for filling in our brackets of what you think is the Awesomest Thing In Richmond! E-mail bracketology@wvcw.org, come visit us at 817 W Broad St, or look for us at the VCU Compass on the Monroe Park Campus for your chance to fill out a bracket. The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 2nd… don’t miss out!

2. Live CBI Men’s Basketball Coverage – For the first time in our history as VCU’s radio station, our Sports Department will be giving live play-by-play coverage of the Men’s Basketball CBI Tournament Championship Series on Monday at 7pm, as well as Wednesday and Friday at 8pm (Friday if necessary). Check it out at http://wvcw.org/listen.m3u! ***Note: Due to technical difficulties beyond our control, WVCW will not be able to air these games live – a delayed broadcast schedule will be announced at a later time. 3. Administration On Air – WVCW News proudly brings you a live conversation with head administrators and faculty members of VCU every Wednesday at 5pm during the weekly WVCW News Desk show.
