Dr. Michael Rao, President of Virginia Commonwealth University, will be live with us on air at 5:30 today with our VCU Newsroom host, Michael Campbell, to discuss the pending VCU budget. This budget affects everything within VCU, including all of it’s undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. It also affects MCV programs as well.
