Question marks are surrounding the reelection bid of Virginia Beach-based Congressman Scott Taylor.

After judge Tuesday ruled his campaign partaked in “out and out fraud” in helping to secretly gather signatures for an independent candidate to appear on the ballot.

Investigations by journalists and the Democratic Party showed forged signatures, some from voters who died or ones who no longer lived in the district.

The judge ruled the independent, Shaun Brown, should be taken off the ballot.

 

White House turmoil

In an anonymous op-ed published in the New York Times yesterday, a person, who the times describes as a senior White House officials, claims there is a quote quiet resistance against president trump inside the White House.

The official claims a number of white house officials work to temper the president’s worse habits.

And had even considered steps to remove him from office.

 

VCU basketball schedules out

VCU’s basketball team is apparently set for a lot of national screen time this year.

Atlantic 10 television schedules were released Wednesday and 10 of the Rams match-ups in the Atlantic-10 will be broadcast to a national audience.

Including a game at cross town rivals university of Richmond and home and away games with in-state rival George Mason.
